We are not going to sell you a platform. What matters when someone else holds your stock is that it is counted properly, findable, and reported to you when you ask.
Booked in on arrival
Every delivery is checked against the packing list and counted before it goes away. Shortages and damage are reported to you the same day.
Labelled and located
Stock is labelled and given a location, so a count is a matter of looking it up rather than searching the building.
Stock reports on request
Ask and you get an up-to-date list of what is on hand, what has gone out and what is running low.
Orders however suits you
A spreadsheet, an email, or an export from your online store. We will work with what you already use.
Tracking passed straight back
Courier and freight tracking numbers come back to you as orders go out, so you can pass them to customers.
Someone answers
Questions about a specific order or count go to the people handling it, not a ticket system.
Using a system we should know about?
Tell us what you sell through and how your orders come out of it. If it can produce a file or an email, we can work from it, and we will look at anything closer as we grow.
